Our church began as a dream in the hearts of Pastors Allen and Sharon Yadon. With 23 years of ministry experience, they started Center Point Church in February 2008 with just a few people in their neighborhood clubhouse. Today, our church meets at the Village Cinema on Sunday mornings.

After growing up in a missionary family in various countries of South America, Pastor Allen moved to Lancaster, Ohio at the young age of 18 to begin his ministry internship. During this time, his passion for ministry grew as he took on roles of being a youth pastor and worship leader. It was during this season that Allen and Sharon met and were married. Soon after, they moved across the country to Puyallup, Washington to be the full time associate pastors of Meridian Christian Ministries (MCM). MCM was a small church of 100 people, which later became Champions Centre, now one of the largest churches in the Pacific Northwest with over 7,000 people.

After serving there for 19 years, Allen and Sharon temporarily moved to Palm Desert, California with a team of people to help plant a brand new church, Champion Life Church. God used this transitional season to prepare Allen and Sharon for what God had in mind for the Treasure Valley. In 2005, they moved and opened a retail business in the Boise Town Square Mall called Zany, knowing that God was calling them to eventually plant a church. After 2 1/2 years, they closed Zany and excitedly launched Center Point Church.
